I need to to run my air line from my compressor to my paint booth. Should I run it above the ceiling (In the rafters) or along the wall against the top of the ceiling? I'm thinking of running it against the ceiling where the wall and ceiling meet. I'm afraid that if I run it in the rafters, in the summer it will create alot of moisture due to the heat in the attic. I live in MI. so there is alot of humidity in the summer. What do you thinK?

It doesn't matter which way you run it as long as your run is long enough to allow the moisture to condense in the lines so it can be removed by a drier. I think 25' is the minimum. Check out the TIP tools website for ideas.

I'd keep it out of the attic. Makes it a pain to move in the future, and you have permanent holes in the ceiling if you do decide to rearrange. Air lines can look very professional if you take your time. I can't think of one advantage of having them above the ceiling.
