Delta 8" Band Saw Model 28-180.

I have a harbor freight version of the Delta 28-180 saw. Looks like the previous owner put too large of belt on it, and cranked and cranked until he broke the tension adjustment on the top. I see this is obsoleted. Any chance someone has built these parts aftermarket? Any chance someone has this saw and can provide some pictures with measurements so I can build a replacement....or something I can make the saw usable.
