Picked this Delta buffer up from a local school auction today and am looking for any information anyone may have about it.
S/N dates it to 1979 I believe, and it seems to be in pretty good shape for 34 years.
Can find plenty of grinders of this type, but no buffers. Anyone have a manual for one like this?
