Hey everyone. I have an old drill press that has been passed down generation to generation from my great grandather machine shop and im trying to figure out more info on it/a price point for it. Im thinking its around a 37-38 Delta double duty repulsion induction drill press. I will attach a few photos as well. My father wanted to throw it away but i figured it had some value, you guys seem like the gurus that know your stuff. Any info is appreciated! Thanks!

Please don't throw it away -- it's in great shape. It's an early model. Value depends, but $200 (or $150-275) is a reasonable range. Post it on OWWM.org as they will love to see it and maybe someone there will buy it.

Seems to be in excellent original condition I bet it has some collector value north of $200. Does it run?

I agree. You should easily get >$200 and it would be a very quick sale.

Original motor, original paint and only a couple dimples on the table. You just don't see that very often.

DP prices can be regional. Some areas are hotter markets than others. You should list the machines location.
