Delta drill press identification- Deal?

I found this Delta drill press listed on Craigslist for $75. Unfortunately the pictures are not the best and I can't tell the model number? Can anyone identify the model and let me know if it is a good deal?

I would pass personally. Looks like an early 90's delta bench model ~12" (offshore made?). Also looks like it was poorly taken care of as indicated by all the rust on the column and chuck.

Maybe at $50, if it runs right, but for ~$75-$150 I would try to find an older floor model. Just my 2¢

X2 - It's as good as any of the Chicom stuff, but not real Delta quality.
