Delta drill press thoughts - vintage

The belt cover was not included in the real early models, then it was an option later on before OSHA required them, not sure what that model dates to but I would not be worried about the cover unless it's going into a regulated shop. I would be more interested in the fact that it's a 17" model, MT3 and comes with the table lift option. Price would be the only factor after knowing it works.
