Nice Delta Milwaukee 14" press. Lot's of them in service, even have one myself. It's probably from the 1940s. The serial number will tell for sure. Here's a link to the operating and maintainence instructions over on VintageMachinery.org

Them Delta's were all a machine gray in color here is one (not mine) for an idea what it can look like all cleaned up.
