Delta Dye/Polurea floor - anyone do this?

I have been researching and I *think* I have a plan. I am finding conflicting prep and product recommendation from videos. If you have done a similar project I would love your insight on what worked well, or not.

My project is an 1140 sq/ft garage with a typical new construction, power-troweled floor poured about 8 years ago and it is good shape. I found this video on YouTube which shows a floor very similar in condition to mine (pics of my floors are attached). This video ends with the desired outcome I'm going for and they used the Legacy Delta Dye and Polyurea sealer which I am planning as well.

My planned prep, based on the condition of my floor and videos I've watch, is to clean out saw cuts and then thoroughly clean the floor with a good cleaner/degreaser and a floor polisher from HD with a black scrub pad followed by a final power wash. Next, Acid etch to get the desired CSP1+

Based on current product offering on the Legacy site, here is the products I am looking to use in this order of application:
  1. Water-based DeltaDye in gray - first light coat evenly on entire floor followed by a more random application of coat 2. (7 gallons)
  2. Nohr-S, 2 coats rolled with anti-slip in coat 2 (was told no primer or sealer needed. Poly goes directly on after dye dries) (8 gallons)
Pics of my floor are attached. Lighting ***** but you can see the tire mark areas and the etching along the saw lines I want to clean up. I'm going for some of the natural concrete tones but a little more even contrast and then that gloss finish with good protection, easy cleaning and UV protection. I do basic home owner stuff in the garage, an occasional brake job and car detailing. Nothing crazy. From all my research, this seems to be the best floor for me at about what I want spend. I emailed Legacy but have not heard back so maybe they will chime in.

Couple questions:
1. Has anyone used TSP for cleaning or is a good cleaner/degreaser fine? I don't know if TSP causes any issues with products.
2. Any concerns Acid etching then following with a water based dye product? I know I need to flush or neutralize.
