Found this gem and I'm not sure what I should offer for it. Looks to be in half way decent shape.

It's an 11" not a 14".

That's a pretty tippy press already. If it's riding around in that trailer with just a bungee cord make sure it hasn't crashed over.

A good find. Very nice <a href="http://www.thediyhubby.com/drill-press-reviews/">drill press</a>. Start by offering around $50 and hope you can shake hands on $60. In my opinion it's worth more though.

Its my uncle's that passed away, so I want to offer something that's fair to my family.

As far as it being tippy, its bolted to the barrel below which is filled with sand.
