The light is worth more than the saw. If someone offers you $10.00 for the saw, grab it. The light is worth anywhere from $50.00/75.00.

Hi @ashlie no need to go to another site, there are plenty of knowledgeable members here.

What you have is a Delta Homecraft scroll saw. Homecraft was part of Delta's tier 2 offerings, geared for the homeowner. There is not much resale value in that model, but as @NORTON'S SHOP correctly stated, the lamp has value. The lamp with the articulating arm is commonly referred to as a "retirement lamp" and you could ask for and get the range indicated on eBay or offer up. Unfortunately, that is the only real value, the scroll saw valuable is negligible -particularly in its condition.
