OK, I have the manual, and I'm working on the scroll saw, however the crank case plug location is where? Is it the "Steel Pipe Plug" on the drawings that is the crank case plug?

The manual helps, however it is from another time and sometimes I have a problem with old scrolls from the dead seas.:lol_hitti

That should be the plug. It appears to be a level plug and you would fill it to the level of the plug. You'd have to tip it up to drain it.

I was going to drain out the oil and put clean oil inside it, that should do the trick.
