I ran into the above saw (from early 1950s) in excellent condition and very complete in a estate sale setting (93 year old contractor that had it since new and used it to build his house) at a price between free and $100. I cant bear to see it scrapped and may just pick it up to prevent that from happening. I am already two deep in radial arm saws (luv them). The saw is a true cream puff.
Does anyone know about this model? I understand that Delta made great one and this is a very early version with 12 inch blade with everything there including the kick back pawls.
If I cant take this is there anyone near Danbury Connecticut that is interested/willing to rescue it?
