Delta Rockwell 30C Radial Arm

Here is what looks to be a nice old radial arm saw for cheap (probably). No bids yet and auction end tomorrow at 9:14 EDT. It's about a mile and a half from the house. Unfortunately I have no real need and certainly no place for it. Shame.

Since most of them were Craftsman/Emerson that is not a very high bar. Recently there was a thread about some RAS that was sold mostly on the West coast that really looked heavy duty. I saw that Delta in catalogs but never actually saw one "in the flesh".

Seeing that picture makes me think I should have jumped on it. It ended up going for $26.00.

I heard and like the idea of **** canning the saw and using the mechanism as a hoist for that excellent stand this saw is on.
Then it's worth fifty bucks easily.

Too each his own I have two of them and love them the pivot point and cast iron construction are the best features. However they are very heavy.
