Delta Rockwell Drill Press Spanner Wrench 15-838

Hi, I bought a 17-600 Delta drill press a number of years ago from a vocational school. At the time I got the drill press the spanner wrench for removing the drill chuck did not come with it. The span is a 1-1/2" diameter arc and the pin is 7/32" (from the Delta manual). I don't know the length of the spanner wrench handle. The part number is 15-838.
First, where can I get one of these spanner wrenches? The replacement wrenches I have seen online are not pin spanner wrenches and look too short to do the job.
Also, would someone post a picture of their original spanner wrench so I know what to look for in case I want to hunt one?

Looking up the part number brought up this.

Generally, pin spanners should have a hole, or maybe two holes or more depending on type, for the wrench to fit into.
Hook spanners should have a slot or more than a single slot that hook kooks into.
Generic hook spanners are available from industrial suppliers in various sizes, as are pin spanners, and these are available in fixed sizes, as well as adjustable version, and there are combination tools with interchangeable tips as well.
1-1/2” is basically 38mm, and there seems to be a gap in what McMaster-Carr has but maybe these two below.
