'delta' socket set what is this?

Saw this for sale on eBay UK, not a brand i'm familiar with. Is it old? 'War finish'? Made behind the Iron Curtain? I dunno, the finish is rough but that doesn't mean to say it's not strongly made. Can't see any marks on the actual tools, and I haven't been able to find out anything yet by google searching!
The sockets are very roughly broached some off centre, and go from "sizes 8 to 30" so probably mm AF. The tin has quite nicely made hinges and unusual latches.
Does anyone recognise this?

Looks like it is all there. The drive plug appears to be stowed in the extension. It would be interesting to know what it is made of.

Thanks guys. Yes, it looks like a complete set to me.
The seller replied to my message, but doesn't know it's origin. I suppose it can be considered 'old', as her late Father got it long before she was born, and carried it in his Triumph Herald car and used it just for breakdowns.
At a guess the age might be 1950's?
That design of ratchet does look vaguely familiar but I can't think where I may have seen one.

That's what I would say. Export sets of German and Czech origin seem to come in metal cases like that starting in the late 40's. And much later than that seems dubious based on the removeable plug and the sockets. Look inside. See that rounded shelf? Cold-broached.

I can see where OTG is getting the non-sparking from, because it does seem to have a bronze tone, but I think that is just coming from worn black oxide or some kind of blueing/phosphate over steel.

Neat set.

Never seen one before.

I’m pretty certain it isn’t British made. None of the contents seem to be of the quality one would expect, and it would almost certainly be suitably marked if it was.

Think you are about right with the date. I’d have gone for 50‘s/60’s, but same ball park!

Everything about this - the tools, the rather crude pinning, the styling, the finish, the box and the typeface of the logo, all scream “eastern European” at me.

Thanks for the input chaps.
It does seem to me to have that Eastern Europe 1950's made appearance to it!
I don't feel I need to have it for myself, but if anyone is interested here's the eBay link.
Having posted it here at least if another one turns up we may recognise it..
