Hey guys,
I would appreciate your opinions on the value of this10" Unisaw.
2 hp, single phase. Motor was rebuilt before I purchased the saw
I have owned it for 30 years and it still runs great.
Thanks,
Mike

motor size and voltage have a great bearing on value. Also, do you have the missing motor cover and dust door? Those also play into pricing.

+1 to find the missing door . . .
. . . .
. . . . . . . > $100 but less than $500 . . . . depends on market near you !! ;)

Update GJ Profile with a Location . . . . UniSaw might be worth a LOT in remote Alaska !! :D

Agree, but set my upper limit at $400 due to the crappy OEM "jet" fence.

Table saw prices are going down. It would have brought $600 here a few years back. Now, maybe $450.

I lived in Denver for the last 15 yrs, just moved actually. But that is a great saw, and with the recent boom in Denver and its hipster beard demographic i would wager that would
fetch $400-650 depending on the condition.

My uncle sold his heavily upgraded unisaw for $350 last fall. I bid on one that went for $325 last spring and that was with an upgraded fence.

The hard part with old table saws is newer saws are a lot better and it is driving down the price of old saws.

I sold mine for $800
Seems like, they have gone down in value a little with all the good copies of them out there.
I would say below $500 is giving it away around here

Couple of years back in the NE I sold a completely refurbed one for ~$500. It did not have the motor cover or the original door, but it had table/fence/etc

I bought a delta X unisaw with a 52" biesemeyer fence for $500. I think it's 3hp, 220v. I'd guess $200-300 for that.

I would say around here they are dirt cheap, would not pay over 200.00 if I need one. When my father died about 15yrs ago, we sold his for 50.00 the last day of his estate sale and threw in a bunch of new in package blades. The dido blade set still had a price tag on it where he had paid close to 70.00 for just it. But that was in the middle of when all the contractors were out of work. No building was going on around here.

That saw would go for $75 in my area. You can buy a new saw at Home Depot for $150 and you can buy a new Unisaw for not much more than that. You can buy a circsaw at Harbor Freight for $10 and get a flashlight too. The missing door is worth $300 in my area. Prices are down. I sold eighty Unisaws for $20 each just to get rid of them. Do you have fifty new blades? If not, subtract $50 from that $75.

Seriously, in my area, in my limited opinion, you're competing in the $500 - $1000 market. I would clean it up well, Scotch-Brite the table, make sure everything adjusts well and then list it high. I sell enough that I hear "I can buy the same thing for half $$." Tell them to move on and enjoy the saw until it's sold.
