Yes, the curing agent acts as a topical sealer and will effectively block good penetration of the densifier. You may want to think about curing the slab differently. Curing agents are hard to chemically strip and generally requires a surface grind to remove.
There are optional dissipating concrete curing compounds that begin to deteriorate after 6 weeks or so from traffic and U.V light. They can usually be removed via aggressive scrubbing using a floor maintainer and scrub pad. I would suggest contacting the manufacturer to discuss the quickest way to remove it.
