I am looking for a builder in Denver, CO. I would like to have a detached 30x24 garage built. Exterior would be one of three we are considering, all stucco, stucco board with 4 ft. high brick wrap at base, or hardiplank with 4 ft. high brick wrap at base.
If anyone can provide any recommendations, I would appreciate it. Also, if you have experience with a certain builder, how have their costs been?
