Well I just finished my garage. It's a small one-car garage, and the walls were unprimed drywall and cement block. So I had to clean and prime everything first. Then came the fun part of painting it like a desert road.

There is also stars in phosporescent paint on the ceiling, almost invisible in daylight, but they glow VERY well at night, just gotta figure out how to get a decen tpicture of them.

The last step was the floor. I didn't use epoxy because of teh long curing time, so I used a floor paint. Cleaned/degreased, then acid etched it, let it dry, then painted.

This was teh first time I ever did a garage interior. It came out fairly well, fun to do, and MUCH better than before I think.

Outstanding...it looks like the backdrop to a Road Runner cartoon. I presume the Corvette belongs to Wiley Coyote (purchased from ACME Chevrolet Dealership) since the Road Runner would, of course, drive a Plymouth...

Poor Wile-E, just once I wish he would have caught that road runner!

Thanks guys!

John K007, I used Porch and floor paint, its from Home Depot, (Behr).
It's an acrylic enamel. I sprayed the floor down with a power washer, acid etched it, then I used an acrylic cement primer, it goes on clear, then the floor paint. Total floor cost, about $60. So far so good, I really didn't have the time to wait for an epoxy to cure, I had to bring my car home and had no where else to park it.

This was kind of a guinea pig project for me. It's my own garage, so If I screwed it up a bit, I'm not too worried. The floor looks pretty good, but it does get kinda slippery when it's wet. I was debating putting another coat on with those non-slip speckles added to it, but for now I think I'll leave it.
