Putting together a 40 x 30 x 16 foot accessory building with a 30 x 14 foot maintenance bay, a 25 x 14 foot storage area and a 25 x 14 foot workshop.
The maintenance area has room for a vehicle lift but would like to put provisions for a maintenance pit for future. Not interested in the cons of a pit !
What size do you have ; width, length, depth and stair access dimensions do you have in your shop ?
What would you want to add or delete from your maintenance area ?
What accessories do you have for electrical, lighting compressed air, and ventilation do you use ?
