Desmond Stephans MFG W10 Vise Help

I picked up a vise up this weekend at a garage sale. It cleaned up really nice. I have not been able to find much out on it. I assume it is not vintage but not sure on its age or original price. Any help would be appreciated. Below is the info and numbers I found on it.

Desmond Stephan is still around as a manufacturer, they just no longer make vises.

I think they made quality vises back in the day, but there was huge competition, and companies and designs from Wilton, and Jorgensen, and English made Record vises basically took over much of the market.
