1956 desoto hemi coffee table i made for my mancave.it lights up with led lights in all kinds of colors

That's awesome! How is that done, with led wrap around the perimeter?

you just need to have the led lights on one edge of the table.i put mine on the backside out of sight

Mopar 65 I hope you don't mind but I showed your work of art to my son last night and we're just gonna have to copy that thing of beauty for his room. I happen to have everything from a genIII Hemi to do it. I'm pretty sure how you got the light to transfer like that but any tips you might have would certainly be appreciated!

Is the top plexi, or is it actual glass? And if glass, is it tempered?

The table looks really awesome. I love it!!!

the top is half inch plexi with the edges polished that I ordered out of texas.then I took the mopar image I wanted on it to a monument place they made the rubber mask to put on the the plexi,next I put it in my bead blast cabinet to etch it.then I put a piece of 1/4 inch glass on top of it to keep from scratching the plexi.as far as the rest I made the engine cradle with steel casters on it.made my own headers.for the people who think its a waste of an old hemi the motor was junk.
