Detached Garage Builder Phoenix, AZ

Hi all first post here. I have always wanted a detached garage and just finally bought a home on over an acre with no HOA and can finally have my dream garage. Only problem is I have filled out forms, made calls and sent emails to a good number of builders and can not even get a quote or really a starting place. Initially I figured I would look around find a reputable builder and they would come do it. For some reason the people I have been lucky enough to even get on the phone have all said they would look into a permit or email plans or made some other reason to not set up appointment, and then never followed up... I do not find these type of people reliable so would rather not do business with them anyway.

Anyone on here from AZ or know of a good, reliable, honest builder who will come out and look at my land and discuss options? I see some who offer free estimates but do not return calls, I would not mind paying for estimate at this point just want to get it rolling.

You need a architect or designer to help with ideas (or review on here for others ideas you can use to expand on). Builders in my experience take a plan and turn into reality. Most the time they are not idea driven so you are far away from them getting a paycheck they won't come around.

what part of the valley are you in? maybe someone closer can help.
