All,
Just demo'd 3 car detached garage. Roughly 800 sq ft here in SC. Garage was built in 1986 and the floor has never had a coating on it yet is still in very good shape.
Question is. During high humidity, probably 95% and up, especially rainy days. The floor gets wet through the concrete. Not wet enough to shop Vac or use a towel but moist, changes color type moist. Any other time concrete is dry with no issues. Can epoxy still be a choice on my install?
Thanks
