I purchased a ~1200 sqft garage earlier this year and have slowly been working to get it up to my standards.
Flooring: Vented Grid-Loc tiles from Garage Flooring Inc. These are the ones to get if not going with the thicker SwissTrax. They were essentially the best price around for 1/2" vented tiles.
Lighting: toggled (Home Depot) Daylight (5k) LED lights
Install of the nearly 1200 tiles took me about 8 hours or so. I only had to trim the right side so pretty straight forward.
Install tips:
1. Use window weather stripping for the edge gaps. It sticks to the floor and is cheap.
2. Rent an LVP cutter from Home Depot to trim tiles. Cost me $25 for 4 hours and easily cut the tiles.
