Detached garage wiring help

Hi. I'm looking to pick up my wiring needs for my detached 30x40x12. I picked up a 100 amp panel (Square D) and plan to wire it to the existing house panel (200 amp) that's about 150 away. In the garage will be a lift, possibly 2 in the future, a large compressor, a small MIG welder, 75K LP heater (Modine), plenty of lights, and possibly a computer.
For the feed into the garage, I am planning to run AL 2/0-2/0-2/0-1 MHF underground, and would also like to run a line of CAT6 cable in the same trench, but in conduit. Before I commit to any of the items in my cart, is there anything that I should change? Is PVC suitable for conduit?

Thanks in advance!

That wire is more than enough. Good choice.

Mage sure that the cat 6 goes into it's own separate conduit. Otherwise the Flux field from the service drop to the sub panel may interfere with the signal.

Personally, I would say that schedule 40 pvc would be fine for conduit. Just make sure to glue the joints with PVC cement. Also check with local code for how deep it is to be buried.

Finally make sure to take pictures of it running in the trench so you can locate it easier later if need be.

And I personally do prefer square D panels.
