I made Christmas come a little early this year. Finally found a KR660 and KR670 at the right price. Problem is that all the detents are blown out of it. Only thing left was a few pieces of broken black plastic. Not enough to figure out what they look like. Can any one match up a detent from the link for me?

It would be appreciated. Happy holidays.

Don't buy them.

I did. Stupid mistake.

Both Accuride and SnapOn will give them to you free.

I have bags of them.

I don't know which one you have, the color helps, by the way.

If you can get a number on your slide you can call Accuride and they will mail the detents to you in a short time.
Takes longer with SnapOn.

Very interesting... I wasn't able to find a part number on the Accuride slides but I'll look again.

Had some I couldn't find a number on.
Look at the back, does it take a rubber donut?
That is
http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog/item...09&group_ID=70&store=snapon-store&dir=catalog

Usually black, sort of hard plastic/rubber.
Not soft, not real hard.

They crumble and end in the bottom of the box.
These are standard detents, free from Accuride.
Also check for 'bump stop' problems. When the rubber in the detent deteriorates it is usually time for new bump stops.

You test this by pulling an empty drawer out, fairly fast. It may 'clang' at the halfway point. That would be the bump stop not working.
Those are either real easy to replace (also free) or you have to replace the slide.

Can you take a picture of the slide?

Thanks for the info. I honestly cant say if the one you linked is right. All I have is a few bits of black plastic. No problem with the bump stops. It'll be a bit before I can take a pic of the slide but when I do I'll update the thread and PM you. Thanks
