Just a reminder, look to the left under a persons screen name, and just above their avatar, it will say "Junior Member", "Member", "Senior Member", "Super Moderator" or "Banned" (emphasis is mine).

It doesn't really jump out at you, but that is your clue to a participant or former participants status on the forums.

Also, click their screen name and it will take you to a screen with their personal info and contact info, etc. (if available).

At 100 posts, you become a senior member.

Not sure about the earlier transition.

I saw someone on here last week with something completely different and seemingly custom under their name. How'd that happen?

I think I answered my own question. Just looked at the member's list and googled to find out what FNG status is. hehehe.

Wow; you mean Ryan gave him that special title?

Some of the older members, none of whom are active anymore I don't think, had custom titles which were allowed by the previous administration.

It was probably a leftover from when lucky luke owned the place. The titles were customizable then.

On another board i frequent much, when you hit a certain amount of posts you got "member who spends way too much time on here and may need some help" but now they changed that board over to the exact same format as here.
