Picture is not showing if you were trying to post one.

However, sounds like pretty good deal if no problems.

i had the exact compressor till about 2 years ago. running it every week since new and the motor finally went. i will tell you you can get that exact motor 6.5hp anymore. i had mine rebuilt which took 8 weeks and $480. i actually bought another 5hp 80 gallon on sale for $1000 while waiting on the rebuilt motor to come back. i loved the compressor. a great deal at $500. if your in maryland and you change your mind ill buy it.

he is not gonna take any less then $450 i called him back on his cell got his voice mail i told him i would take i thought it was good deal this thing looks like new besides a typical oil stain on the side of motor, the guy that did own it was 62yrs old worked at a dealership detailng cars he never detailed none at his home i don't think it hardly has any use he didn't have it listed so i think i got it i will post some picks when i get it tomorrow.
first thing i looked at was the oil site bubble it was right in the middle on the orange dot and looked clean

Nice compressor for the money. Nice score!!

+1 to redo the piping so ballvalve shutoff is first thing. Continue black pipe steel for airline system that you design for your shop.

Good luck and post up pics later when everything is all setup / working.

I have had that same compressor since 1996. I ran a part time repair shop from my house for about 4 years. And I use it extensively with no problems. BUY IT!!!!
