I’ve got a Devilbiss 432 compressor, 80 gallon tank. It pops one of the PRVs between stages. I swapped PRVs and the same side pops. I believe it’s blowing back past the intake valve on second stage. The valve disc and the seat are in good shape (I polished them) my thought is that the spring discs are not oriented correctly. I have new spring discs installed. Anybody have an idea which way the they should be oriented?
