This is a classic case where you (or anyone else with Dewalt 20v) can stock up on batteries. Don't look at the charger, bag and drill.....read: 2 Dewalt 1.5 AH batteries for $56.........great deal

It was on clearance, they may have only had a couple to get rid of.

Or, if Grainger had a couple of hundred kits, someone very entrepreneurial may have bought them out (free shipping!). You break those kits apart and sell them on eBay all day. I think you would have a hard time finding 1 battery for less than $50
