Probably won't get 25 of 'em. Shipping weight says 9oz. If they're shipping a 25 pack, the shipping weight will typically reflect it.

You can order one or more, though, and when you get the singles, contact Amazon and they'll probably refund the entire order and let you keep the blades.

This is different than the one I posted, fyi. These are 8" blades vs 6.5", and also the shipping weight doesn't correspond to 25 pieces, while the 6.5" pack did.
