Have had nothing but good experiences from CPO with reconditioned (technical definition is returned, not defective) stuff.

I own an Oiled Dewalt 4.5 gallon compressor that has the same tank and regulator setup on it, and it has been absolutely stellar for my sporadic use over the last 8 years. That tank/regulators flow plenty of air to run my IR 1/2 impact at full power, and the tank is big enough that you can easily take off all the lugs on a wheel without any waiting.
