Saw a promotional stand at Ace Hardware this morning, they had the Dewalt D26451 Random Orbit Sander for $49 (original price was $79). Doesn't appear to be showing the same price on their website:

They had several other Dewalt, Irwin, and Craftsman items on sale on the same display rack ($20-$30 off). Not sure if it's regional, but I'm in Colorado.
