Dewalt and B&D 20v batteries compatible?

Anybody know if they are?
Since the companies are related, and the batteries share the same MAX branding, it would only make sense if they did...


I'd like to be able to buy the Dewalt drill/driver set, and be able to save some money on other less commonly used tools, like a cordless circular saw.

They look the same but i haven't tried. Id imagine they are the same.
