I purchased the 36" model. I find the deep bottom drawer useful for storing my ppe. Welding jacket and helmet, gloves, face shield, respirator, things of that nature. The top compartment is good for leaving batterys to charge when you aint around. I recon truck trailers so a larger drawrer is nice for larger tools. I find the construction to be pretty decent considering price, you gotta remember it is not a giant snap on box or a bluepoint box. It is what it is, and that is a decent tool box.i hope this helps.
