dewalt dc820 or dc821 impact

the size of the 820 is small like my 1/4 hex impact.
the 821 is just a bit larger, maybe not great for tight spaces.

but the 821 has an advertised 15ft pound advantage over the smaller unit.
is there really a difference in power?

With a comparison that close I would defer to the type of use. If you find yourself in small spaces much the 2" shorter 820 is well worth it.

Or you could just get the DCF880 and have a little of both worlds. But this might be out of the question if you are stuck on the post type batteries.
