Anybody else have one of these? The precision wrench mode on mine seems to be non-existent. It runs lug nuts on full speed and never pauses, just keeps hammering away like it is on high power. I have watched several Youtube videos where the inpact actually pauses then starts back up again. Mine never does this. The switch seems to be fine as low power works fine, high power works fine. Everything seems to be just fine except this damn precision wrench.
I am a little leery on sending this in to a service center as it seems they are just local mom and pop shops that are authorized service centers. Don't want them to mess something up tearing it apart. Should I just live with it? I cannot return to the store as my window has lapsed (bought January 2020).
