Dewalt DWE7480 table saw blade alignment question / may return

This is my first table saw purchase and does not appear in working order. This is how the blade alignment was out of the box. I have read the instructions and researched online, but have not found a similar issue. Would like to know if I have overlooked something or if I should return for a new unit.
