DeWalt hog ring plier system!!

Ok I've been building some chicken pens lately and needed some hog rings and pliers to hold it all together.

Stopped by Tractor Supply and was expecting to buy the pliers and a loose box of rings. What I found was these pliers that self feed the rings. It works great, don't have to load each ring one by one the rings don't fall out if you bump it slightly. Just very happy with it.

Looking at the second picture on the initial post: is that as tight as the rings are made by the tool? If that's the tightest it can make the rings, I would not buy it.

I picked up that set from TSC a few years ago when they were on clearance for $3. it is pretty slick. mine has red handles.

It's about the same as standard hog rings. Half the diameter over lap.
