That's my only ***** about Dewalt bits is that prices are all over the place depending upon retail seller and it's a hard time figuring out exactly what you are buying.
Those look a little more expensive then the Craftsman Cobalt sets so I'd make sure what you are buying is the best deal out there.
I have access to machine shop quality drill bits in bulk ,so i usually keep a lot of US made HSS bits around and have never had a problem.
I was in Lowe's a week before Black Friday and they had a bunch of Dewalt drill-bit sets on some kind of Xmas special so I picked up two sets of the 14 piece Titanium drill bit sets that are normally $29.99 that were on special for $7.49 each set with yellow storage clamshell case. Yes--$7.49. Some hang tags had the markdown sticker and others did not but they all rang up $7.49 for a 4 day sale I guess. Very inconspicuous sale tho.
That's why I say Dewalt pricing is nothing but consistantly inconsistant. I didn't really need the sets, but for 75% off of normal pricing and being brand new sets, I couldn't say no.
