dewalt vs. carlyle sockets?

i was looking at a dewalt 204 piece socket set and im not sure if its actually worth it..... i went to my local napa store today and they showed me to a set of carlyle sockets an really liked them but are more expensive then the dewalt, so any opinions or reviews on either would be great

The Carlyle sockets would be easier to warranty since NAPA is pretty much everywhere. The DeWalt tools might not be around forever.
