Guys,

For some reason the di-electric fittings on my boiler drip when they are cold. It's been warm enough lately that the boiler won't run most of the day so the water temp goes to ambient (65ish).

I had tightened them up a while back and that seemed to stop the leaking, but now it's doing it again.

I'm afraid to Bubba tight them, never had one apart and don't know if I will break something??

Might need a new gasket ring inside. The gasket and sleeve have to be removed when the union is soldered, then installed when it's cooled. They are replaceable.
