Hey Everybody :)

I was in Home Depot last week & saw a display next to the Pro Desk that had the Diablo Recip Blades for $1/each on promo. They have 2 types....a standard metal cutting version & a nail embedded wood version....both are 9" long & they are both $1.

I decided to give them a shot & see what to expect (performance-wise) out of them & was pleasantly surprised. I figured for the ultra-low price, they would be less-than-impressive....but I was absolutely wrong. They held up great & there was no damage to the teeth after many different cuts with a Milwaukee M18 FUEL Sawzall.

Check out the video to see the Diablo blades in action & if you are lucky, you may be able to find them on promo at your local Home Depot!

Iv been using diablo blades for years and they are awesome. They last a long time and cut through almost anything. At a dollar a piece that's a great price. Around here the are around 30 bucks for a pack of 5 or 6

The only ones I have tried are the pruning style, cut the hell out of my finger putting one in the saw.

Things cut limbs and root great.

Right.

I just bought a pack of 6 for $19 at our HD last week. Then I saw these today for $1.00.

Picked a few more up.

I've been using these for years. They're the best blades I've ever used.

The $1.00 thing happens rarely and only at HD. Normally they cost a lot more.

I picked up a few of these on the $1 special and they work really well. I cut apart an old shed right through nails and Hurricane ties and all with no problem.

This deal has actually never ended. Anytime I'm at HD, I walk up to the service counter with a stack of those blades and show them they are 1.00 online and they match it in store. If I'm already there, why not take home a big stack of blades? Every clerk is different, of course. The first one limited me to 10 blades. The 2nd and 3rd let me take as many as I wanted. The last 2 said I could have any blade on that board for 1.00, but my conscience got the better of me. I'm talking about the board in the aisle with the saw blades...The 1.00 deal is only for 2 specific blades, but they offered me ANY Diablo blade for 1.00...I could've really put them through the ringer on that one.

Your experience may differ.

I looked online, I'm guessing the $1.00 blades are the 2 discontinued models? The one for nail embedded wood and the 1 for metal cutting?
