Thanks

I used Microsoft Excel. Make the cells big enough and put the breaker numbers on the outside edges. Add borders to the cells. Done.

The problem with the one you linked is it's a PDF form and you can't save what you've typed in it. Once you print it you can only save the blank form.

Once you've printed it, there's not much reason to save it. Having said that there are ways - I have a free download on my computer called 'cutepdf writer' that allows you to save any document to a pdf file, even another pdf file. It allows you to take one of these pdf forms and save it in another pdf file that includes whatever you typed in.
Another place I've used it before is when filling out tax forms downloaded from the IRS website, they are similar in that you can't save the original PDF with the data typed in but with cutepdf you can.
I imagine there are other utilities available that will do the same thing.

I must be the exception. I've filled out those types of forms before and it seems every time I find a mistake after I printed it and closed the form. Having to go back and fill out the whole thing again to correct a mistake *****.

Right!! It takes less time to enter the information into your spreadsheet and print it than it does to find one on the internet.

I use Excel also and am glad I do because I have been making numerous changes to the layout prior to panel installation. Each cell is color-coded for the different wire gauges, white for 15A, light yellow for 20A, orange for 30A.
We use excel to produce all of our panel schedules. There are also panel schedules programs that you can enter the load and it will total and apply demand factors for the different loads. You can get as detailed as you like. Most are excel based. I have some if you would like them.
