Diamabrush and Dust Collection

Wanted to see if anyone has had luck to get some sort of dust collection hooked up to the large Diamabrush that Home Depot rents? Is it possible to rent the Diamabrush from HD and then fit it to a floor buffer/sander that has dust collection, since the HD versions don't dust collection?

People have ground wet as one solution.
The head can go on any buffer, nearly. The only caveat is the clutch and direction.

Let me know what machine you want to fix it to.
We outfit it to the Clarke 1600DC or 16DC as they both have dust collection.

Do the Angle Grinder Wheels also come in different directions? Want to make sure I don't get the wheel and grinder with opposite rotating directions.
