Diamabrush + Sealer

Has anyone out there used a diamabrush to clean up the surface of their garage and then seal or densify? Would this be ok to do?

Bryan, the diamabrush will abrade the surface depending on the grit you use.
This abrading is key prep for a coating but not typically used prior to using a densifier.
