I do not see many Mossberg ratchets when I'm out at flea markets or anitque malls. They seem to be fairly rare but when I do see one the price isn't very high. I've never seen that particular ratchet but in general the ratchets seem to be in the $10 range. Socket sets in the wood boxes seem to be in the $40-$50 range (Ebay has one up currently).
I do not think there are as many Mossberg collectors as there are of other brands and that's probably why the prices stay down.
Prices can vary greatly from area to area so mine may not be the same as other parts of the country. Keep an eye on Ebay and that should give you an idea.

"BAD INVESTMENT WALL" with my framed ENRON stock certificates.
