I was looking through the tool catalog library at archive.org today, and came across a 1969 catalog for the Diamond Tool and Horseshoe Company. On page 22 of the catalog there are illustrations of several different tool boards that were available for retailers. I like the little diamond shaped ends on the pegs used to hold the tools.
I just thought I'd post a link here, as a reference for people who build their own tool boards (even for other brands, some of what they show could be used for inspiration.)
