Used air tools are such a gamble I personally wouldn't feel too bad about that one getting away even at that price especially since that seller appears to be a pawnshop instead of the original owner.

I don't mind, I have bought 2 ir 2135 used, the 3/8 ir impact, an ir ca200 used, mac 1/4 dr air ratchet and 3/8 ir air ratchet all off ebay with good luck so far

That thing will leave your ears ringing, way too loud. You can find good deals all the time on far7200 and far72c snap ons all the time, they seem to be bullet proof.

No clutch mechanism. If you use an air ratchet a lot, you will know when its done tightening and can release the trigger before hand.

thats probably because ir makes the air ratchet for snap on. im sure alot of companies do something like that.
A lot of companies do sell rebranded air tools but Snap-on is not one of them, all air tools sold by SO with the SO name on them are designed and built in house by them.
